At Pallas Foods we have over 500 employees based in our head office in Newcastle West and across the country. Many of our employees are long serving members of the Pallas Foods team and have progressed their careers within the organisation. These valued staff members work across multiple disciplines, and are our direct connection to our customers and our suppliers, and enable Pallas Foods to develop and maintain the high level of service and the long standing relationships which are the foundation of our business.

Jim Herlihy –  Regional Sales Manager

Marie Mulcahy -  started working in admin for Pallas Foods in 1986 and is now a senior member of our Accounts Payable team

Charlotte Mulcahy – has been working with Pallas Foods since 1987 and is now a Supervisor within our telesales team
