Charlotte Mulcahy is from Newcastle West and started working in Pallas Foods 24 years ago. During her time she has worked in several departments including, reception, accounts receivable, customer service, purchasing and telesales and she has been witness to huge changes within the company as it has grown from strength to strength. Charlotte is currently in the position of team leader of the telesales department which looks after customers across the Leinster area. She oversees a team of 13 telesales executives. Customers and colleagues alike will attest to Charlotte’s friendly pleasant demeanour, willingness to help and professionalism.

Speaking about her role Charlotte said “During my time at Pallas Foods, I’ve seen the business grow from a mainly turkey processing plant to become one of Ireland’s leading providers to the food service industry. I believe this has been achieved due to the drive, determination and dedication of every employee and I feel proud to be a part of Pallas Foods story”.
