Jim Herlihy is one of Pallas Foods’ longest serving employees and he began working with the company in a ‘Van Sales’ role  in the late 80s when it was a start up operation with just three employees. Over the years Jim has lent his expertise to several departments in the company but has returned to field sales which is his passion and is now the Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for Munster and the South East of the country. Jim has seen Pallas Foods grow from a small production based food company to one which is a leading supplier to the hospitality industry with over 500 employees.

Since his early days with the company Jim has been keenly aware of the importance of developing strong relationships with our customers and it was the requests from customers that drove Pallas Foods to continuously expand its offering to develop a portfolio of over 7,000 products. Jim is an exceptional ambassador for the company, he enjoys working with people and always has a friendly word for everybody he meets.
