Hereford Beef Farmer – John Fitzpatrick

The Fitzpatrick family have been farming for over 100 years on lush pastures of their family farm near Templemore in the heart of  County Tipperary. Over the years John Fitzpatrick has developed his herd so that it is currently comprised of approximately 90% pure bred Hereford and  over 110 suckler cows. Hereford beef is prized for its wonderful flavour and succulence which is a result of the consistent light grain of marbling in the beef which ensures a tender eating experience.

John is a long established supplier of prime Hereford beef to the Irish market “ I have being supplying livestock to Hereford Prime since its foundation in 1997.”
