Pat O’Meara and his family have been growing cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, leek, & brussels sprouts for over 30 years; with this experience, his harvest receives the knowledge, attention and care needed to produce quality vegetables. Pat’s farm covers over 450 acres in Fortal, Birr, Co Offaly. He currently has five employees who cultivate, nurture and harvest the produce along with natures help.
