Sysco Butcher’s Shop
Pallas Foods has developed long standing relationships with our Irish suppliers of beef, pork and bacon and they are now supplying their premium produce under the Butcher’s Shop brand. When you see Sysco Butcher’s Shop you can be assured of the finest cuts of beef, succulent pork and delicious bacon.

All our beef is from Irish cattle under 30 months who were reared on Ireland’s rich grasslands to ensure your beef is tender and has a wonderful natural flavour.

 

Fire River Farm
We supply premium Irish minced beef, a range of beef burgers and beef meatballs to our customers under the Fire River Farm brand. As we set the product specifications with our suppliers you can be assured of a consistent, high quality product with superb flavour,

 

Block & Barrel
Block and Barrel provides a complete solution for delicatessens – customers can choose from the extensive range of deli meats, cheeses, salads and condiments. We will also be expanding this range to include crisps and snacks. When you see the Block and Barrel brand you can be assured of high quality and delicious ingredients. The majority of Block and Barrel products are sourced from our trusted Irish suppliers.

Sysco traditional brands feature products from across multiple categories including patisserie, salad dressings, soups and fresh produce. We have worked with a selection of Irish suppliers to develop a comprehensive product range under the international Sysco brands.

 

Wholesome Farm
We have introduced a selection of delicious hand crafted Wholesome Farms Ice cream and sorbets to our product range. These are produced by our supplier in Cork using fresh Irish milk.

 

Glin Valley
We are delighted to continue to supply Glin Valley premium Irish chicken to our customers. This is produced by a long established supplier who is based in Cork and features in menus across the country.

 

Arrezzio
Arrezzio is a selection of premium Italian products including olives, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and canned tomatoes, which have been sourced by Sysco for Pallas Foods.
